When NotebookLM is the right choice

Honestly: if you need to interrogate a pile of sources, ask questions with citations and get grounded answers in text, NotebookLM is excellent and Earshot does not try to replace that. Earshot is for when the output you want is listening time: an exam syllabus turned into a study series, a briefing before a call, a field you want to learn during commutes, a story to get lost in.
